Important information


General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

– After your registration via online form or registration form you will receive a written confirmation or the invoice of your registration. Please check the dates.
The course fee is € 400,- and must be paid by 1 July 2023. Irrespective of this, a registration fee of € 50,- must be paid within 2 weeks of registration and is non-refundable.
– Should a course be cancelled due to a low number of participants or due to health reasons of the instructor, we will inform you in writing.
– Young people under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a person of full age!
– Participation in a course is only possible after full payment of the course fees. This must be paid before the course begins. A € 20.00 handling fee will be charged for cash payment on site (on arrival).
– The housekeeping and cleaning staff must be followed.
– Participation is always at the participant’s own risk. The ikmT as well as the market town of Irdning- Donnersbachtal assume no liability for physical or material damage during the event and also not in the context of arrival and departure.
– Admission to the concerts is free for course participants.
– The closing date for registration is 15 June 2023.


Cancellation and withdrawal
– When booking a course by fax, e-mail, letter post or online, in the case of a consumer transaction within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal within a period of 7 working days (Saturday does not count as a working day) calculated from the day of conclusion of the contract, unless the course or event begins as agreed within these 7 working days from conclusion of the contract. No cancellation fees will be charged for exercising this right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period shall only be deemed to have been observed if the written notice of withdrawal is demonstrably sent by post to the address provided for course registration within the period or is delivered in person to this address.
– If the preceding provision on the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, a cancellation fee shall be payable for the withdrawal, which shall amount to 50% of the agreed course fee in the event of withdrawal between the 30th and the 1st day before the start of the course inclusive and 100% of the agreed course fee in the event of withdrawal on the day of the start of the course.
– In the event of cancellation up to and including 31 days before the start of the course, no cancellation fees shall be payable in any case. Cancellation is only effective when the written notice of cancellation sent by post has been received at the address provided for course registration or when the written notice of cancellation is delivered in person to this address.
– The cancellation fee is due upon effectiveness of the declaration of withdrawal and is to be paid irrespective of the reasons for withdrawal and any fault.
– The cancellation fee is also payable if the withdrawal is declared after receipt of the registration confirmation within the cancellation period, but of course again only if the above provision on the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
– The cancellation fee is waived if the participant names a substitute participant who meets the admission requirements and pays the course fee.
